Warranty Information
Thank you for selecting a JONLATEX mattress. You can be confident that your purchase is backed by the JONLATEX Quality Assurance Program.
:: WARRANTY CLAIMS ::
Because we strongly believe in the quality design and craftsmanship of our products, your mattress is warranted against manufacturing defect in workmanship and material (excluding covers) as stated on the Warranty Card. If you observe a defect, please contact the "Jonlatex" authorised dealer from which you purchased your mattress, and they will assist you with any warranty questions. If you have moved or the store has closed, please call (603) 6272 4413 or email us at Jonlatex.com@gmail.com.
You must provide the original receipt and be the original purchasing consumer within the duration of your warranty. Your Jonlatex mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at our option) with charges, as shown on the JONLATEX Warranty schedule. The consumer will be responsible for transportation costs.
